Full-Time / 40 Hours / Day Shift
$3,000 sign-on bonus for LCSW, based upon eligibility (non-MGB)
$7,000 sign-on bonus for LICSW, based upon eligibility (non-MGB)
About this Job :
- We are seeking a full-time clinical social worker to join a social work colleague on our Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis Services.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in conducting psychosocial assessments and experienced in crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and inter-professional collaboration.
- They will also have experience working with patients and families presenting with a wide range of complex medical, psychosocial, and mental health concerns including anxiety and depression, loss, complex family dynamics, substance use disorder, and assessing and addressing safety concerns.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills are necessary. Participation in Dialysis Center activities is required.
- This is an in-person role on the MGH Campus.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.
- Require current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or must obtain MA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within 4 months of hire date.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
- LICSWs preferred.
