Oriol Home Health in Holden, MA seeks Certified Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide personalized care to seniors in Worcester and nearby areas.

Hourly Per Diem Rate : $22 - $25 / hr
Per Diem DAY Shifts available*

Responsibilities :
- Home Health Aide tasks assigned and supervised by RN.
- Duties include ADLs, personal hygiene, meal prep, ambulation.
- Assist with treatments and therapy.
- Promote independence, mental alertness, emotional well-being.
- Establish trust, report changes in patient status promptly.
- Attend required in-services, confirm visit schedules weekly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year experience as an HHA or C N A.
- Reading and writing proficiency in English required
- Mandatory criminal background check
- Preferably CPR certification
- Driver record check, reliable transportation, and liability insurance are mandatory.
- Qualifications meeting one of the following criteria :
- Completion of a home health aide training program and certification
- Completion of a nurse aide training program meeting state requirements
