Job Overview

Mackey Electrical Services Inc is hiring two experienced Electrical Foreman to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects, primarily focused on multi-family developments. This role requires an experienced leader who can manage teams of electricians, ensure job site productivity, uphold safety standards, and deliver quality results. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electricians and laborers on-site for large-scale commercial and multi-family electrical projects
  • Coordinate day-to-day job site activities to meet project timelines and milestones
  • Monitor job progress and adjust workforce deployment as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and electrical codes
  • Serve as the main point of contact for job site coordination with project managers and subcontractors
  • Conduct daily planning and team briefings to ensure clarity and accountability
  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications
  • Oversee material deliveries and usage, ensuring job site efficiency
  • Track and document project progress, incidents, and performance
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior electricians
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Foreman role on commercial projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preferred : Journeyman Electrician License
  • Preferred : Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proven ability to manage crews and maintain productivity on active job sites
  • Experience managing multi-family or large commercial projects preferred
  • Able to read blueprints and electrical plans with accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of local codes, OSHA standards, and safe work practices
  • Must be reliable, hardworking, and committed to excellence
