Responsibilities :
- Performs a variety of clinical and research MDCT procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative.
- The technologist will produce and evaluate CT images for technical quality, properly identify images and patients, and effectively use judgment for protocols and procedures.
- Medication oversight which includes documentation of delivery of contrast media.
- Adheres to St. Francis hospital and departmental policies and procedures and JCAHO / regulatory agency requirements.
Requirements :
- NYS radiographer's license.
- Registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
- Knowledge and working experience in Computerized Axial Tomography required.
The pay rate for this position is $58 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses / incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
