Position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist pleting their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to work within a K-12 school setting in Louisville, KY. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in providing speech and language services to students across diverse grade levels.

Key Qualifications :

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility
  • pletion of academic requirements to begin CFY
  • Strong understanding of speech, language, and munication disorders in children
  • Effective munication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based service delivery

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students identified with munication needs
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in pliance with school policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
