The ideal candidates will have :
- 1+ year of experience as a barista in a full-service restaurant
- A warm, personable, and gracious demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high personal standards and the expectation of their colleagues to do the same
- Passion for coffee and comprehensive knowledge of various coffee beverages and techniques
- The ability to organize & carry heavy trays gracefully
