Follow us on Facebook & Instagram @redorestaurant for more information.Position Overview : The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision and marketing strategy for our restaurant group, as well as managing bar activations and events.

This role will focus on driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales and traffic across all locations.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the group's goals and vision.

Oversee all creative assets, including branding, advertising, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency across all locations.

Identify and implement strategies to grow and optimize marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

Analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine campaigns and improve customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, partnerships, and initiatives designed to increase foot traffic and sales.

Strong ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including photography, videography, and graphic design.

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.

Engage with customers through various channels to gather feedback and insights, using this information to inform marketing strategies.

Plan, coordinate, and execute bar events and activations to drive traffic and enhance customer experiences.Source and manage relationships with external promoters to create engaging events.

Oversee the booking and management of DJs and entertainment, ensuring high-quality performances that align with our brand.

Work closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of driving brand growth and increasing sales through innovative marketing strategies.Experience in managing events, nightlife, or entertainment is a plus.

Proficient in all social media channels, with proven track record of successful campaigns and strategy.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a small team.
