Our client is a renowned medical hospital with various locations throughout the area. Their mission is to provide top-of-the-line patient care while providing their staff with a warm and welcoming environment.
They are looking to expand their team by bringing on a Part-Time Administrative Assistant .
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$20 / hr $22 / hr
Position Overview :
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for our client’s General Counsel and Legal department They will ensure a smooth operation at the office ensuring tasks are being done in a timely and orderly fashion.
The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 10 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities of the Part-Time Administrative Assistant :
- Provide high-level administrative support to faculty, and staff, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
- Manage office resources and supplies, maintaining an efficient workspace.
- Handle correspondence, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and coordinating mail distribution.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain a comprehensive calendar.
- Assist with event planning.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
Qualifications for the Part-Time Administrative Assistant :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements :
Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
