Responsibilities :

Guide clients through wellness membership options using a proven sales process

Connect authentically with new and returning clients listening is key!

Turn any customer concerns into moments of exceptional service

Support overall studio success through cleanliness, organization, and teamwork

Upsell service enhancements and encourage long-term relationships through membership sales

Must be available to work evenings and weekends
