American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Brentwood area team. We have opportunities to work in the Brentwood & Franklin a locations.

Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? Are you driven by incentives and bonuses? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers.
You are not selling a product, but you are selling a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity.
Our top in-store representatives are making over $30 / hour!.
Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities :
- Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet
- Schedule FREE water tests with homeowners; call the lead into the Call Center to confirm their appointment on the spot
- Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

Promotions Rep Qualifications :
- Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
- Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
