About the team :

As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Manager Strategics, North America will have the ability to initiate and execute fully integrated and innovative marketing programs to drive awareness, create demand and foster customer retention for our solutions across the United States and Canada.

The Marketing Manager will work a full spectrum of marketing activities including, but not limited to, lead generation (digital advertising, search, email campaigns, events and webinars), content development and promotion (blog, social, email, eBook, infographic, etc.

go to market, event experiences (logistics communications and activation) and marketing communications.

The position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager Strategics, North America for the Business Services Marketing Division and will support all portfolios within the business.

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing fully integrated strategic marketing plans with objectives around awareness, demand generation and customer retention.
  • Executing marketing deliverables and tactics such as digital advertising, search, email campaigns, events, social, webinars, etc.
  • Creating high impact localized messaging and thought leadership content in collaboration with our portfolio marketing team, using regional and vertical insight to deliver eBooks, infographics, whitepapers and more, for web, social, blogs, video, print, etc.
  • Coordinating event (tradeshows, user conferences, customer meetings and webinars) logistics, negotiations, activations, and communications.
  • Overseeing creative development of marketing materials and coordinate promotion activities through internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
  • Building a regional marketing content strategy; ensuring content is built with an understanding of clients’ need by persona.
  • Producing effective, innovative, and influential marketing content to support business goals in the region.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience, preferably in a Marketing or Business-related discipline.
  • A comprehensive background of marketing experience required, preferably within B2B professional services or technology.
  • Strong competence in project management and organization with ability to handle multiple projects / deadlines.
  • Deep understanding and experience using Salesforce and Eloqua, or other CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical thinker. You like working with data, can create reports with ease, enjoy campaigns, and love to optimize.
  • Solid messaging, content and brand experience across risk management would be advantageous.
  • Budgeting responsibility.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
