Entry-Level Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location : North Charleston, SC (on-site – Aqua Miser / CESCO facility)

Type : Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an Entry-Level Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic electrical and / or mechanical skills who wants to grow their career in industrial manufacturing. You will work alongside experienced technicians to build, assemble, and test high-pressure water blasting equipment and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in assembling mechanical components and systems for water blasting equipment
  • Perform basic electrical wiring under supervision (panels, controls, circuits)
  • Use hand tools and power tools to build and fit parts
  • Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to complete tasks accurately
  • Support technicians in troubleshooting, repairs, and testing equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Learn and apply industry best practices in safety, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Required :
  • Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge (through school, training, or hands-on experience)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to use standard hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read basic diagrams and follow instructions
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred :
  • Technical or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing trades
  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
