THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PUTNAM CITY, OKLAHOMA AND IS A CONTRACT POSITION

Job Qualifications :

• Master’s Degree in related health field.
• State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or LCSW
• Two (2) years of experience providing mental health services
• Must pass a State of Oklahoma Background Check
• Current BLS / CPR certification
• Experience in drug counseling a plus, but not required.
