Litigation Paralegal w / file closing experience - BONUSES!
Sky Law Firm, P.A., located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our prestigious team.
As a key member of our firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation and closing the case out.

This position involves litigation and assisting in closing the file, including reductions, after the case. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the legal field and a desire to contribute to our firm's continued success.

Responsibilities :
- Have at least 5 years working on personal injury cases in litigation and should also be experienced with closing a personal injury case out (reductions, closing statement).
- Be proficient in drafting Discovery, client, and opposing counsel communications
- E-filing and communications with Court staff
- Candidate should also be able to request records, bills, liens, and reductions along with closing statements and closing out files
- Strong client, provider, and attorney communications
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a litigation setting
- Litigation and familiarity with closing processes including reductions and closing file out (settlement statement preparation).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Competencies : US Work Authorization
