Position Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our creators, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our platform.
You will act as a trusted resource to help creators maximize their experience and resolve their challenges quickly and effectively.
Your ability to communicate clearly and solve problems will ensure high creator satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Essential Functions
Respond to creator inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to creators experiencing issues with the platform, payments or
campaign participation.
Document and track customer issues to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Creator Success, Marketing, Campaigns, Product) to address complex
issues and deliver tailored solutions.
Identify and escalate recurring issues to management and suggest process improvements for a better customer
experience.
Assist creators in understanding Mavely's policies, processes, and features to maximize their platform
experience.
Contribute to maintaining the knowledge base by identifying FAQs and updating resources as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Hubspot or similar customer service tools and / or platforms.
Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service.
