Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision.
Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. MUST HAVE NEURO EXPERIENCE Neuro Interventional procedure unit. Shifts are 4 x 10's with call 1-2 weekdays and 1 weekend every 4 weeks.
Weekday call is 5 : 30 p-6 am, weekend Saturday and Sunday 24 hours. Call team 1RN and 1RT with Neurosurgeon. Procedures include thrombectomies, Embolization, stenting, EVD and SEPS drain insertions, vasospasm treatments, diagnostic angiograms.
Must be familiar with PHILIPS biplane, and independent in scrubbing procedures with physician. Patient Age Group : Adolescents-Geriatrics Float and On Call required Unit Systems : EPIC Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, ARRT, ARRT advanced cert, NIH 1 year minimum experience required Unit accepts first time travelers HOLIDAYS : If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
Major Holidays are listed below : Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving / Black Friday Christmas Eve / Christmas Day New Years Eve / New Years Day
