Mathnasium changes lives through math. We are hiring motivated, responsible, and passionate leaders who want to lead a team of similarly-minded confidence builders.
Help students conquer math challenges and inspire a love for numbers. If you are a college student or recent graduate with a passion for math and teaching, we want you on our team.
We offer a safe and fun environment working with students K 12 grades and help them advance in math. Share your love of math and help students build confidence.
We offer a part-time role with 4 shifts a week. We are open after school and on weekends so you can balance work with your studies and other activities.
Our world-class curriculum is built upon the Mathnasium Method™ the result of decades of hands-on instruction and development
Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- Teach / tutor in-center, online, and / or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- High School Diploma
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
Job Type : In-Person & Part-Time
Compensation : $17.00 $20.00 per hour
Schedule :
- 4 shifts a week
- Weekdays : Monday Thursday, 1 PM - 7 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM
