Key Responsibilities

- Data Management :
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular data audits and clean-ups.
- Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems.
- Support and Coordination :
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide data reports as needed.
- Assist with special projects and data-related tasks.
- Compliance and Security :
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding data management.
Qualifications
- Education :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience :
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
- Experience with data entry software and databases.
- Skills :
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
