Role Overview :
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team in Virginia. If you have a passion for designing, implementing, and developing within the ServiceNow platform and meet the security clearance requirements, feel free to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Automated Test Framework (ATF) implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.
- Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Must have a current Secret Clearance.
- Must reside in VA.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) is ideal.
- Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, and ATF.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM) is desired.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
