Our client a leader in HVAC mechanicalscontrols and boiler sales upgrades and service is seeking a skilledand knowledgeable Account Manager to join their team.
This role iscrucial for managing new and established accounts handling servicecalls and overseeing projects. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in HVAC and the ability to effectivelycommunicate sell and solve customer problems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for any newor established account service call orproject.
- Communicate with customers to assessand determine their needs related to energy management HVAC orsimilar systems.
- Handle new sales warrantyissues ongoing service meetings and calls product financing andcontracts.
- Proactively initiate actions toestablish and build relationships anticipate customer needs andprepare and monitor new and ongoing projectsolutions.
- Generate new business throughnetworking trade shows referrals and other business developmentmethods.
- Prepare estimates / proposals andoversee the job following up to ensure satisfaction from orderthrough delivery and commissioning.
- Travelthroughout Oregon and Washington as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience in HVAC;experience can be in sales project management estimating ortechnical roles.
- Strong industry knowledge andthe ability to intelligently discuss sell and solve customerproblems.
- Excellent communication math computerand reasoning abilities.
- Proven track record ofgenerating new business and building strong customerrelationships.
- Ability to travel throughoutOregon and Washington.
