What You'll Do :

Lead Integrated Student Support & Conduct Management

Provide holistic case management for students facing disciplinary issues or significant mental, physical, or psycho-social challenges.

• Develop and implement intervention plans, facilitate restorative resolutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with academic deans, healthcare providers, Student Affairs professionals, and families to coordinate support.
• Maintain accurate case records and monitor compliance with recommendations.
• Serve as a trainer and consultant on recognizing and responding to students at risk.
• Engage with parents and university staff to support student needs and guide case management processes.

Manage a High-Performance Team

Drive Training, Education & Policy Development

Manage Administrative Operations

Anticipated Pay Range :

Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $66,842.00 to USD $122,978.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
