Work Shift and Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM, with opportunity for overtime. No weekends.
Pay : $18.00 per hour
On the first of the month after 60 days :
- Receive a pay increase for a good performance review
- Health benefits eligibility
- 80 hours (prorated for first year) paid time off (PTO)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Processing Orders
- Use software system / pick ticket to pull items to fulfill customer’s order.
- Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly.
- Assemble units according to the Build of Material (BOM).
- Load tanks with filtration media.
- Ensure order accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment.
Additional Duties as Assigned
- Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties.
- Restock and rotate product.
- Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team.
- Ability to lift, lower and slide 50-70 pounds.
- Ability to use small hand tools.
- High-reach forklift experience a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy with keyboard skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, including use of scanners, preferred.
