Location : Dallas, TX Hybrid

Duration : 12+ month contract / contract to hire

Rate : $85.00 - $90.00 / HR

Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Job Summary :

Responsible for all aspects of program and project management for multiple medium to high complexity traditional AI, generative AI, and automation products over the entire lifecycle of product development and deployment.

Understands business objectives and scope to deliver expected results. Works closely with accountable Delivery Leaders in Business and Technology to plan and control program and project execution, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and technical risks are managed appropriately.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to manage day-to-day execution.

Provides support and guidance on program and project management best practices, with expert knowledge of technology processes and implementation procedures related to artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

Partner with AI managers and directors to coordinate and lead multiple medium to high complexity AI and automation products in alignment with department or enterprise strategic plans.

Define complex program and project plans / roadmaps, including scope, budget, and schedule, for multiple simultaneous AI products or a single highly complex AI program.

Work with partner teams across portfolios to define scope, track execution, and visualize the full scope, including business capabilities and architectural runway for AI products.

Collaborate with development and application teams to break down work into smaller components, identify critical paths, and drive execution.

Monitor risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring appropriate priority, visibility, and escalation.

Drive testing and acceptance of AI product outcomes across multiple teams.

Communicate plans, risks, schedules, and updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams to maintain alignment.

Mentor and coach other AI Program Managers.

Build partnerships to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively with all AI product teams, partner teams, and support teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Advanced experience in managing large, complex programs and projects in AI or technology consulting.

Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in solving business challenges.

Ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and develop business strategies.

Knowledge of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model building, and deployment.

Ability to translate objectives into well-defined plans, prioritize effectively, and make time-sensitive decisions.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI / CD of AI applications.

Expertise in analytics and visualization tools to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Advanced knowledge of Agile development practices and ceremonies.

Strong financial acumen to interpret corporate financial analysis and financial statements.

Ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels, communicate effectively, and anticipate changes or challenges through creative problem-solving.

Education

Required : High School Diploma or GED.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience

Required : Advanced-level experience and specialized knowledge in project management.

Required : Advanced experience preparing presentations for Executive Leadership.

Required : Knowledge of JiraAlign, Jira, and SAFe.

Required : Knowledge of Technology Initiative Review (TIR) process and PMO process.

Required : Advanced experience delivering Epics and Features in coordination with Architecture, Project Management, Delivery, and Quality Management partners.
