  • Establish transformation success measures and monitor progress, tracking and reporting trends and risks.
  • Apply program management skills to help the team run communications of programs, projects, schedules, training material and deliverables and provide active support to other members of the PMO team with a variety of programs and process improvements.
  • Develop a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the specific needs of our datacenter portfolio scaling efforts.
  • Assess the impact of changes on the organization and its collaborators, identifying key areas of focus and potential resistance.
  • Design and implement strategies to handle and mitigate resistance to change.
  • Build detailed change management plans that outline the steps needed to prepare, support, and help individuals and teams make successful transitions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, providing guidance on change management standard processes.
  • Build strong relationships with key team members to gain agreement and support for change initiatives.
  • Conduct regular collaborator analysis to understand their needs, concerns, and level of commitment.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent messaging throughout.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Supervise the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and supervise progress over time.
  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement in change management processes and practices.
  • Collect feedback from partners and use it to refine and enhance strategies.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with change initiatives, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Address and resolve issues that may arise during the change process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the status of change initiatives to senior leadership and partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management activities, including plans, progress reports, and lessons learned.

What you’ll need

  • Solid track record of successfully leading change initiatives in a datacenter or technology-intensive industry.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and build positive relationships with clients and collaborators at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and complete tactically.
