Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and munication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech-related disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Provide direct therapy based on goals set in the Individualized Education Program (IEP).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
- Appropriate state licensure or certification to practice as an SLP or SLPA.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
