What You'll Bring :

Expertise in Commercial Insurance : Demonstrating proficiency across all coverage lines, including both admitted and non-admitted carriers, you'll be the go-to person for all things commercial insurance.

Client Relationship Mastery : With prior experience in managing Mid and Large Market Accounts, you excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

Book of Business Management : Managing a sizable book of business comes naturally to you. You're adept at handling new and renewal submissions, reviewing insurance contracts for accuracy, and processing endorsements and invoicing with finesse.

Team Collaboration : While you're comfortable working independently, you also thrive in a collaborative team environment, where your contributions directly impact the success of the team.

Problem-Solving Prowess : You're a problem-solving whiz, adept at tackling various issues such as cancellations, claims, renewal challenges, audits, receivables, and carrier concerns with creativity and efficiency.

What You'll Do :

Client-Centric Service : From completing certificates, proposals, and policy summaries to conducting policy coverage and endorsements reviews, you'll provide top-notch service to our valued clients.

Retention Champion : As a key player in our team, you'll be directly responsible for the retention of all assigned accounts, ensuring our clients remain satisfied and loyal.

Continuous Improvement : You'll continuously seek opportunities for improvement, both for yourself and the team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and becoming proficient in various essential programs.

Requirements :

Active P&C License : You must hold an active Property and Casualty license. Proven Experience : With a minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, you're well-equipped to tackle the challenges of the role.

Tech-Savviness : Possessing above-average computer skills, you're eager to become proficient in various programs essential to the role.
