Position Summary :

The RN Weekend Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing resident care and coordinating services across all shifts during weekends. This position ensures that residents receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with policies and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate regularly with residents and families regarding care plans, therapy, and treatment protocols
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions; adjust care plans accordingly
• Participate in morning meetings and support effective communication across the care team
• Coordinate all weekend admissions, discharges, and care transitions
• Oversee documentation, chart reviews, and utilization review activities
• Serve as a liaison between residents, staff, third-party payers, and external providers
• Coordinate referrals and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines
• Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and clinical excellence
