Hospice Account Executive / Liaison Join Our Dedicated Team!
Location : Tucson, AZ Position Type : Full-Time
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 with Bonus Potential

Dependable Health Services of Tucson is seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive / Liaison to join our team. If you have exceptional marketing skills and a proven track record in developing loyal referral sources but feel underappreciated in your current role, we want to talk to you! Our supportive management team ensures that your referrals are handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :
- Direct all daily marketing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Establish and implement effective marketing and sales initiatives to grow our referral network.
- Conduct continuous market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to local needs.
- Provide expertise in strategic planning and identify opportunities for improved services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers.
- Engage in community outreach to position our agency as a high-quality provider of hospice services.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications :
- An associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, proven success in the field can substitute for formal education.
- At least one (1) year of experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare marketing, preferably in the Tucson area.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, creativity, and flexibility in job responsibilities.
