Summary :
A professional who utilizes the nursing process to assess,reassess, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient careactivities, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Collaborate with other Clinical Associates and healthcaredisciplines to meet individual needs using appropriate resources toinsure safe, quality, cost-effective care.
Nurtures a relationshipwith physicians, nursing staff, and other disciplines involved inthe care of the patient / family.
Requirements :
- One year as hospital staff level LPN inassigned area.
- Current Louisiana LPNlicense.
- BLS provider certificationrequired.
