Our Newest Opportunity :

The Finance Director Retirement is responsible for leading all areas relating to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of the Retirement and Wealth division home office functions, new acquisitions, and deferred compensation.

This position is responsible for overseeing the summary reporting required for integration to OneDigital’s consolidated financial statements and is tasked with providing financial support to the President of OneDigital Retirement as well as practice leaders across the country.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain a thorough understanding of OneDigital’s financial reporting process, general ledger structure, and the retirement specific financial reporting requirements
• Lead annual budgeting process, as well as monthly reforecast
• Work in conjunction with corporate FP&A team as well as the operational leaders of the retirement division to formulate annual budgets and monthly reforecasts
• Contribute to timely and accurate completion of divisional financial close processes
• Work collaboratively with acquired offices to integrate into centralized accounting model
• Respond to inquiries from senior management regarding financial results and special reporting requests
• Perform other tasks as required

Education, Training and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area;
• CPA preferred
• Ten to Twelve years of experience in a similar financial position;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; Advanced Excel skills;
• Experience with financial services or brokerage operations, preferred but not required;
