Business Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Work with payroll team on developing improvements.
- Updating and revising the processing playbooks / procedures related to Kronos Workforce Central as well as the PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Payroll modules.
- Develop analytical reporting and metrics to improve the payroll process inclusive of payroll related tickets entered into CA Service Desk help desk solutions.
- Review and strength controls around the historical correction process.
- Document the historical correction process.
- Resource must have a good working knowledge and experience with Kronos Workforce Central and PeopleSoft Payroll.
- Has an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and is a licensed CPA.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a manager level related to engagements for the public and / or private sector, Federal, State or Local governments or in another specialized area as defined by a task order.
