Are you ready to wave your magic wand and make dents disappear? Join us at Dent Wizard as a Paintless Dent Removal Technician and turn your skills into unlimited earning potential! We’re on the lookout for a PDR Technician who can bring the magic.

What You’ll Do :

Cast Spells on Dents : Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers, either on a mobile route or at an assigned location.

Enchant Customers : Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.

Train Future Wizards : Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

What You Need to Succeed :

Excellent Communication Skills : Interact with customers and build accounts.

Strong Work Ethic : Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Toughness and Grit : Work outside in all kinds of weather.

Physical Stamina : Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Manual Dexterity : Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.

Valid Driver’s License : A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.

We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including : paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).

$45,000.00 - $70,000.00
