Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a fulfilling opportunity in Buffalo, New York? We're actively searching for a dedicated RN for an engaging 13-week contract.
If you possess at least one year of recent experience in home health, strong clinical skills, and a genuine commitment to providing top-notch patient care, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive home care treatment plans.
- Diligently record and monitor patient conditions and progress.
- Administer medications and provide essential wound care as necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation using relevant systems, including HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS Platforms.
Requirements :
- Active RN licensure in New York.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in home health.
- Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS Platforms preferred.
- Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
Details :
- Engage in fulfilling home-to-home responsibilities within the Buffalo, NY area.
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
- Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Buffalo.
