Job Purpose

Manage agents that provide dealers, customers, businesses, and field personnel technical product and service support to improve our product, company image, customer satisfaction, uptime, productivity, and profitability, as well as grow dealer service capability.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

The annual salary for this role is $105,750.00-$130,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
