Key ResponsibilitiesManage a 30+ state Workers' Compensation program and maintain relationships with third-party adjustersReview claims for accuracy, prepare reports, and provide guidance on settlements and claims handling strategiesAssist the Risk Manager with day-to-day operations, including incident reports and insurance-related tasksQualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably in a business fieldMinimum of seven years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims management or related fieldsDeep knowledge of medical and indemnity benefits calculationsUnderstanding of reserving practices and ability to set reasonable reserves per claimFamiliarity with Risk Management work and claims systems is a plus
