As the NAO Lower Completions Sales Leader, you will be responsible for :

  • Leading & developing a team of account managers across the region (direct reports may be located in Louisiana & the Caribbean).
  • Defining account assignments to maximize growth while defending existing business.
  • Assuring sufficient profitable business is closed to achieve revenue / margin plan in spite of activity & delivery risks.
  • Reporting the activity pipeline for your business to support quantifying industry spend & Baker Hughes share / plan.
  • Understanding market dynamics & pricing to drive commercial strategies.
  • Driving standards to optimize utilization, technology, margins, & efficiency while minimizing engineer to order.
  • Collaborating with product line to close technical gaps by preparing business cases & requirements for the region's customer base.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role focused on delivering results for their business.
  • 5+ years of experience with completion equipment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence & lead others.
  • Ability to balance multiple simultaneous external & internal demands.
  • Organizational & project management skills required for revenue updates, planning, & assignment of resources.
  • Demonstrated understanding of contracts & commercial approval process.
  • Capable of developing relationships at key customer accounts in support of account managers.
