Customer Service Representative
CRST the Transportation Solutions, Inc. is looking to add another talented Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization.
We are hiring in multiple locations, including Birmingham, Alabama; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania.

Role Responsibilities :
Working on a dynamic team creating and delivering amazing customer experiences.
Meeting achievement goals to further the growth and success of the company.
Coordinating all facets of customer freight shipments : booking freight, answering customer calls, and assisting with the preparation of customer rate quotes.
Monitor logistics through communication and operations.
Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
Thrive in high energy and fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
College degree or one year of related experience, or equivalent combination preferred
