Sr. Communications Manager, Communications And Content

As a Sr. Communications Manager, Communications and Content you will leverage corporate communications, marketing communications, content development, storytelling, and project management skills to make a meaningful impact for the company and for Microsoft employees. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with your colleagues on the TDIL team and across Microsoft's business to develop and execute communications activations and campaigns that support our company culture and employee engagement goals. Your writing, employee communications, and content creation experience will help increase our impact across internal and external communications, storytelling, thought leadership, executive engagement, video series, and cultural campaigns. Through creating and updating messaging, communication plans, stories, and internal communications channels and microsites, you will drive connection between Microsoft's culture and inclusion strategy and internal audiences such as Microsoft's communities; create world-class content for events, solutions, and creative campaigns such as Microsoft's The Code of Us; and bring to life powerful conversations that fuel innovation. Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
