ROLE IMPACT
As a Senior Medical Billing and Collections Specialist, you will serve as a key member of the medical collections unit, driving the financial performance of the organization through effective account resolution and customer service. This role ensures timely and accurate follow-up on outstanding balances while upholding the highest standards in patient and client communication.
