We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CX-Scrum Master Angular 13-16 and .

NET along with a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management. This role involves leading complex software projects collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.

Job Location : Charlotte - NC

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered web-based Dot Net applications while collaborating with Development, Enterprise Architecture and Product teams.
• Excellent understanding and writing of SQL server procedures, views, functions and designing skills, caching and exception handling
• Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems
• Work collaboratively with QA, DevOPS teams to adopt CI / CD tool chain and develop automation
• Experience in JIRA, GITHUB etc.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product development
• Good communication skills.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems
• Serve as subject matter expert for all systems owned by the team
• Identify and recommend options to improve existing systems
• Plan future growth with new or transformed systems
• Manage a team of developers and QA (onshore and offshore)
• Manage team releases
• Manage SDLC and agile artifacts and reporting
• Lead scrum ceremonies (standup, retro, demo)
• Identify and help mitigate cross-functional obstacles.

The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
