Responsibilities

  • Participate in the comprehensive training program to learn about insurance products and services.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Shadow experienced agents to gain insights into effective sales tactics and customer service practices.
  • Provide support in processing insurance applications and policy renewals.
  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
  • Proficient in using technology and software for client management and communication.
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing and certifications.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
