Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Team Management :
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of insurance sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and provide training.
- Set individual and team sales goals in alignment with overall agency objectives.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business and maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and bundling products to increase overall sales.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement :
- Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales agents, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Lead Management and Optimization :
- Evaluate the effectiveness of lead sources and implement strategies to optimize lead conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that generate quality leads and support sales efforts.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Professional Development :
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the sales team.
Collaboration and Reporting :
- Work closely with the Exclusive Agent and other management team members to align sales goals with overall agency objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to the agencys growth and success.
Office Maintenance :
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are always stocked and available. This includes ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Office Cleanliness and Organization : Maintain a clean and tidy work environment by overseeing general office upkeep. This includes ensuring that common areas are organized, managing waste disposal, and coordinating any necessary cleaning services.
Requirement
- Must hold a 4-40 or 2-20 General Lines Agent license. Must obtain the 2-20 license within 6 months of employment.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses a positive attitude and driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain weekly & daily sales targets, set by Exclusive Agent and Operatins Management.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to perform at their best.
- Proficient in insurance software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
