Financial Services Representative - Insurance Carrier - Base Salary to 50k / year - Philadelphia, PA
Our client is a well established insurance provider with a large existing customer base that is looking to add a Financial Services Representative to the staff.
This is a direct hire position and newly created in the agency. Our client is looking for someone that wants to be in sales and work with customers in establishing property financial tools that suit them.
The individual must have an updated Life Insurance License with financial licenses being preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work and collaborate with the Marketing Associate team to train, teach and assist with financial service product acquisition.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Qualifications :
1+ years experience in business development, marketing, or sales within insurance.
Financial Services experience required.
Working closely with existing team in identifying customers and working to close them
Compensation :
Base salary in the 50k / year plus commission and bonus potential (potential to make 100k / year, total compensation). Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays.
