The Opportunity
MICHAEL M is seeking a Sales Director to lead our new Beverly Hills boutique — a dynamic, hands-on sales leader who will represent the brand, drive revenue, and build meaningful relationships with clients.
This is not a corporate management role — it’s a high-impact, client-facing position for a sales champion who thrives on closing business, hosting private appointments, and cultivating lasting client connections. You’ll lead by example as the boutique’s top seller while mentoring a high-performing team that embodies the MICHAEL M experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of MICHAEL M in Beverly Hills; developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships.
- Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
- Build, train, and inspire a small boutique team focused on exceptional service and relationship selling.
- Host private appointments, client events, and trunk shows to drive engagement and sales.
- Ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s standards of elegance, hospitality, and design excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in fine jewelry, watches, or luxury retail sales.Proven record as a top-performing salesperson or boutique leader with consistent revenue growth.Established book of business with clients in the Beverly Hills area.Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and elevate others.Refined communication and interpersonal skills; polished, professional demeanor.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client relationships and brand building.Compensation
Base Salary : $80,000 annually.Commission : Uncapped earning potential based on store performance.Projected Total Compensation : $110,000 – $175,000 annually (base + commission).
