Farmers Insurance Agency is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Life Insurance Sales Representative.

This is a commission-based position where your earning potential is limited only by your dedication and performance.
Responsibilities
Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and help them choose the right policy for their needs.
Generate leads and network with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the policy process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to effectively advise clients on their options.

Requirements
Life and Health Insurance License required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish / Chinese preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
