Job Title : Lead Mechanic
Job Type : Full-time
Location : Bridgewater
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mechanics and a proven track record of leading a team of mechanics to success.
As a Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of a variety of vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of mechanics to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed
- Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Train and mentor junior mechanics
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license

Requirements :
Minimum Education and Experience
- Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent, Trade School preferred
- Minimum 3 + Years' Experience in Automotive, Fleet or Transportation Industry
- Commercial Driver's License Preferred
