The Senior FPGA Design Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing custom logic solutions for advanced aerospace systems. In this role, will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of high-quality, reliable, and efficient custom logic designs into cutting-edge aerospace products. Your expertise in digital design, verification, and FPGA / ASIC development will contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions that meet stringent safety, quality, and performance standards.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom logic solutions for aerospace applications, including FPGA and ASIC designs.
• Perform system-level analysis and requirements definition to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct simulation, verification, and validation of custom logic designs to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to integrate custom logic into broader system architectures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in custom logic design and aerospace systems.

The base pay range for this position in NY is $ 145,800.00 - 180,000.00;

The base pay range for this position in FL is $ 145,800.00 - 160,000.00 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 12 / 01 / 2025.
