Elysian Construction is looking for eager sales professionals to join our growing team of outside sales representatives. We specialize in helping our customers get exceptional service for their roof repair & exterior construction needs.

Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for :

• Performing and documenting roof inspections through photographs.
• Reviewing and signing contracts with Homeowners.
• Data entry.
• Self-sourced lead generation.
• Attending Weekly meetings
• Taking Coaching from Area Sales Manager and Inside Sales Leads.
• Ability and willingness to communicate effectively.
• Perform roof adjustments when assigned by the Legal Department.
• Completing other tasks as assigned to by the Internal Team.
• Ability to travel to other markets for months at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE), being able to go back home for up to two weeks in-between travel.

We provide our Outside Sales Representatives with :

• Weekly salary compensation starting at $750, with bonus based on sales and sizes of projects (Top performers making over $100,000 a year within one year)
• Automobile Fuel & Maintenance Allowance Program of $200 per week
• Supplemental Compensation Program for completion of miscellaneous activities per company policies
• Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options.

Upon hire our Outside Sales Representatives will be required to :

• Complete all required trainings, including 2 to 4 weeks company onboarding and on the job sales training
• Present yourself to a testing center for drug testing
• Communicate effectively with your management team regarding your progress and experience
• Execute 2 homeowner MCA agreements under the guidance and advisory of Regional Sales Supervisor within the first 6 weeks
