Graduate Program Overview
The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a non-rotational two-year-program that provides the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and diverse network.
This program is designed to set you up with a holistic view of CRB with hands-on experience, insight, and opportunities to make an impact and shape your own career.
GDP participants will be immersed in a 1-week-in-person orientation followed by a robust onboarding training learning about various functions within CRB.
Our program is designed to provide graduates with a well-rounded understanding of the industry while having the opportunity to deep dive within their respective business area.
Finance Overview
The Finance function serves both internal and external customers : colleagues within our company, client organizations, shareholders, financial institutions, vendors, and regulatory agencies around the world.
In Business Finance, we support the day-to-day financial operations for the North America Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) business.
Our main responsibilities include coordinating forecasting, budgeting and consolidated financial analytics and supporting business leaders in meeting financial objectives and making key business decisions.
A role in finance is suited to individuals who are strategic independent thinkers that pay attention to detail. They flourish when working in a team environment and have strong analytical, communication, and data interpretation skills.
