KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze impacts of proposed customer business process and systems changes to the counterintelligence threat environment
  • Recommend mitigation strategies to address documented counterintelligence and cybersecurity risks
  • Develop risk analytic work products that document counterintelligence and cybersecurity risks within the federal customer's budgetary resources management processes
  • Support market research and engage external leading counterintelligence service providers to identify emerging capabilities and robust business practices
  • Provide insight and recommendations to the federal customer on effective counterintelligence processes and capabilities in use across commercial, Intelligence Community, and Department of Defense Sectors specifically within the areas of budget planning, execution, and reporting

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of five years of experience in financial counterintelligence disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university in Accounting, Business, or similar discipline
  • Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, financial management systems implementation, IT or cybersecurity policy compliance inspection, intelligence production and analysis
  • Experience writing analytical products, analysis, data visualization, and delivering small group training
  • Experience with Intelligence Community, DOD, and federal departments preparing reports and correspondence for project specifications, activities / status, and developing intelligence analysis / policy compliances
  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS / SCI + poly security clearance
